Launching the Paint Daddy Brand
Paint Daddy created new painting tools in North Carolina, like the Paint Caddy and Can Holster, to fix the mess of normal paint trays. They had the product, but they needed a brand. We built everything for them—from their logo to their online store and shipping setup.
PROJECT NOTES
Launching a new product in the hardware and DIY space requires a visual language that speaks to both seasoned professional contractors and weekend DIYers.
The Challenge:
A recognizable, trustworthy brand identity and logo.
Retail-ready packaging that instantly communicated the utility of the products.
An e-commerce platform capable of driving and converting D2C traffic.
A fulfillment strategy to bridge the gap between local manufacturing and nationwide customers.

Our Strategic Approach
Logo & Brand: We designed a bold, catchy logo and picked colors that stand out in stores and online. Our focus was on their main promise: 'No mess, just success!'
Packaging: We created box designs that instantly show off the product's features (like holding a brush or attaching to a bucket) and proudly display the 'Made in the USA' badge.
Website: We built an easy-to-use Shopify store. We used great photos and customer reviews to show how the tools work, making the buying process as simple as possible.
Shipping & Orders: A great website needs a great back-end system. We connected their Shopify store directly to their warehouse so orders are processed and shipped automatically.
The Result: Paint Daddy launched looking like an established, professional brand. Their new website turns visitors into customers, and their shipping runs smoothly. We set them up with everything they need to succeed and grow.

How Sector4 started
Why We Started Sector4

There are a lot of great businesses in America that don't look like great businesses online.
That's not because they aren't great businesses.
It's because many of them were built in a world where doing good work, earning a reputation, and knowing your customers mattered more than having the perfect website or marketing strategy.
We believe those businesses deserve better representation.
The manufacturer that's been around for 40 years.
The family business being passed to the next generation.
The contractor who built his company one customer at a time.
The entrepreneur who turned an idea into something real.
These are the businesses that built communities, industries, and—quite frankly—much of the country we know today.
We think their stories are worth telling.
That's why we started Sector4.
